Todd Gehrke is an accomplished Sales Manager with New American Funding and RE/MAX Masters Millennium of Greenwood as the leading real estate company’s affiliated in-house mortgage company. Todd, one of New American Fundings most accomplished professionals, is recognized among the top one percent of loan officers nationwide by the Scotsman’s Guide. He is a licensed mortgage officer in nine states and is the author of two books. Todd also founded Affluentology, a financial philosophy that explores how the affluent manage their wealth.

Todd earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin in Marketing Education and Business Administration with a minor in Economics. Prior to pursuing a career in the mortgage industry, he was a high school marketing teacher in the Cherry Creek School District. An avid outdoorsman, Todd plays ice hockey four times each week and enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and skiing.
