McGill is a member of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, McGill enjoyed a successful business career spanning more than 25 years, including management of high level communications and business operations for leading corporations. As Vice President for Business Development, she was a specialist in the design, development, sales, and manufacturing of interior retail solutions for national and international multi-store roll-outs. McGill was also a top designer for American Cabinet and Flooring of Denver.

McGill's experience includes product development, advertising, project management, and e-commerce for full service B2C agencies, commercial real estate, and facility management. She is known for her expertise in the use of advanced technology, problem-solving skills, and information technology experience.

“My years sitting in boardrooms across from Fortune 500 CEO’s and lobbying for children’s rights on Capitol Hill, to managing janitors in Alaska and selling carpeting and hardwood flooring has taught me the value of instilling integrity, dedication, and a strong work ethic in everything I do,” said McGill. “My experience gives me the knowledge to succeed in any situation.”
