Do's - Greet the Agent - to let him/her know you are there
Don'ts - Ring the doorbell or knock - if the agent is talking to other customers, they may not be available to answer the door
Do's - Check the hours of the Open House - you don't want to walk into someone's home that is not currently having an Open House
Don'ts - Take photos without permission
Do's - Complete the Sign In Sheet - that's the price of admission - if you're worried that the agent is going to contact you, politely ask the agent to not use your contact information
Don'ts - If you're working with an agent, don't schedule a follow up appointment with the Open House Agent; contact your agent if you're interested in setting up another appointment
Do's - Respect the owner's privacy
Now since you know the Open House Etiquette, you're ready to start visiting some Open Houses.
Whenever you are ready, here’s some ways that I can help with your real estate goals:

4) Receive a Home Loan Report –There are so many different loan programs. Do you need 20% down payment to purchase a home? Are there special programs for first time home buyers? What does CHFA mean? What's the difference between a FHA loan and a Conventional loan? Send me an email - - Vickie@DreamsCanHappen.com with "Home Loan Report" in subject field and I'll send it right over.
