Josh Yeddis of RE/MAX Masters Millennium Garners Ruth & Warren Toltz Young Leadership Award from Jewish Colorado

GREENWOOD VILLAGE – Josh Yeddis, an accomplished Broker Associate with RE/MAX Masters Millennium of Greenwood Village, is the recipient of the prestigious Ruth & Warren Toltz Young Leadership Award from Jewish Colorado. The award will be presented at the Jewish Colorado Annual Meeting on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at the Infinity Park Event Center in Glendale.

The Ruth & Warren Toltz Award was established in order to annually recognize a young adult male who has demonstrated extraordinary service and leadership to the Denver Jewish Community.

Founded in 1946, Jewish Colorado is the umbrella community organization inspired by the collective responsibility to build and sustain Jewish life in Colorado, Israel, and around the world. Its mission is to secure, steward, and share philanthropic and human resources in support of vibrant Jewish life and to mobilize the community in times of needs. In 2014, Yeddis was honored by the Denver Business Journal (DBJ) as one of its “Forty Under 40” class of 2014. Those chosen for the DBJ distinction were judged on their business leadership and individual support of their communities. Nominees had to be under the age of 40 as of March 21, 2014.

Yeddis works in partnership with his mother, Fran Yeddis, as part of The Yeddis Group of experienced Broker Associates at RE/MAX Masters Millennium. He earned his real estate license in 2003 and is a member of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association and the National Association of Realtors. Yeddis has garnered numerous production awards during his career including being named a “Top Real Estate Agent in Denver” by 5280 Magazine. He has garnered this 5-Star Realtor distinction since 2013. The Yeddis Group consistently ranks among the upper echelon of all real estate teams in the RE/MAX Mountain States Region. For his hard work and charitable contributions to the community, Yeddis has been featured in many prominent news features, including Channel 4 News, The Denver Business Journal, The Intermountain Jewish News, The Jerusalem Post, and Denver’s 5280 Magazine.

Though Yeddis is well-known and highly-respected for his in-depth knowledge of the Denver real estate market and the surrounding areas, but what truly sets Josh apart in his industry is his superlative customer service and client-focused approach. “My goal has always been to foster and create relationships with my clients and give them top level service as a real estate professional. A lot of my clients have become my very best friends, and that's because I center my business around relationships and not dollars and cents, and that's what I attribute my success to.”

Beyond his career in real estate, Josh is also passionately engaged in philanthropic work. He is the co-founder of a non-profit, The Fulda Foundation (a comprehensive non-profit platform designed to empower young adults to help communities locally and abroad through service projects). In the past, The Fulda Foundation has specifically worked to empower at-risk Israeli youth by remodeling and renovating scholastic program rooms and after school activity rooms in Israel (for organizations like the Ethiopian National Project or ENP) and more recently has joined forces with several other organizations in Israel, including Derech Eretz (a life-changing pre-Army program for youth) and Krembo Wings (the only inclusive youth movement in Israel for children and youth with severe disabilities, providing weekly social activities for hundreds of youth with mental or physical disabilities and their able bodied peers.

Yeddis is an active supporter of Jewish Colorado while chairing and serving on several boards and committees. He also supports the National Jewish Fund, Christ’s Hope International, American Lung Association, American Heart Association, the Denver Health Foundation, Planned Parenthood, JNF, Shalom Park, The Jewish Community Center, Brent’s Place, and the American Israeli Political Action Committee.

An avid outdoorsman, Yeddis enjoys most sporting events, hiking, biking, skiing and snowboarding. He earned his bachelor’s degree in communications and economics from American University in 2002.
