RE/MAX Masters Millennium, Owner James T. Wanzeck, and Broker Associate Steve Olson Garner Prestigious Awards at
South Metro Denver Realtor Association’s 72nd Inaugural

DENVER – RE/MAX Masters Millennium was recognized for the company’s 100 percent participation in the Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC) during the South Metro Denver Realtor Association’s 72nd Annual Inaugural celebration and officer installation held Friday, September 30, 2016 at the Denver Marriott South Hotel at Park Meadows.

In addition, franchise owner and Managing Broker James T. Wanzeck and leading Broker Associate Steve Olson were honored with SMDRA’s Distinguished Service Award. The Distinguished Service Award honors SMDRA members who have shown exceptional meritorious service to local, state, and national Realtor associations as officers or committee members, the community through charitable endeavors, and overall contributions to the real estate profession. Wanzeck is a two time recipient of the coveted award and Olson is a three time recipient.

RPAC is an organization dedicated to protecting the real estate industry across the United States. The purpose of RPAC is clear: Realtors raise and spend money to elect candidates who understand and support their interests. The money to accomplish this comes from voluntary contributions made by Realtors. These are not members’ dues; this is money given freely by Realtors in recognition of how important campaign fundraising is to the political process. RPAC enables Realtors to support candidates that support the issues that are important to their profession and livelihood.

“Steve and I are very proud to receive such prestigious awards from SMDRA and we look forward to our continued support of the association and the real estate industry in general,” said Wanzeck. “It was especially gratifying to receive our awards from Mary Ann Hinrichsen, one of the most accomplished brokers with RE/MAX Masters Millennium. Mary Ann is the immediate past chair of SMDRA and a past recipient of the Distinguished Service Award and Realtor of the Year award. Mary Ann has served on SMDRA’s and the Colorado Association of Realtors’ board of directors for several years. She is also a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and we are extremely proud of her. Brokers with RE/MAX Masters Millennium will always be among the most involved professionals in order to secure the vitality our profession during the years ahead.”
