Drake was honored by SMDRA with the 2015 Diamond Circle Club Award for Top Individual Residential Sales Production in the Four Carat category for her outstanding performance last year. In order to become a Four Carat – Individual Member of the Diamond Circle Club, a Realtor must have produced between $20,000,000 and $29,999,999 million in volume, or completed between 50-59 transactions, both of which she accomplished. Drake was presented with the award during SMDRA’s annual Diamond Circle Awards celebration held this past April at the Hyatt Regency DTC.

Drake was also a recipient of the “Five Star Real Estate Professional” award presented annually by Denver’s 5280 Magazine. This is the seventh consecutive year that she has garnered the prestigious award, which is every year the award has existed. The Five Star distinction recognizes Realtors who have achieved outstanding customer satisfaction while providing excellent service throughout the year. Recipients are judged via an extensive survey of clients and industry professionals.
