Good news for buyers. We continue to have an increase in homes for sale. We've had an 16.3% increase in homes for sale in July 2018 (11,229) over July 2017. The Average Sold Price is up 7.3% from a year ago.

The Average Days on the Market (23) is the same it was in May. However, homes under $400,000 or so are still being snatched up much sooner than 22 days.
