Wow - that is approximately 4 out of every 10 homes sold and is frequently a result of bidding wars. To win a bidding war, you need a knowledgeable realtor that knows how best to position your offer, what incentives might be most attractive to a seller, what lender or type of loan might make your offer more attractive.
