Joanne Toledo of RE/MAX Masters Millennium Sponsors Breakfast with Bunny Event at Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora

GREENWOOD VILLAGE – Joanne Toledo, an accomplished Broker Associate with RE/MAX Masters Millennium in Greenwood Village, recently sponsored a Breakfast with Bunny event for military families stationed at Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora. The special gathering included a free pancake breakfast with the Easter Bunny and four Easter egg hunts broken into age groups. Toledo and her lender partner, Dana Smith of Fairway Mortgage, also donated prizes, including a package of four tickets for the Colorado Rockies and four Easter baskets.

Toledo is very passionate about giving back to her community and is involved with Homes for Our Troops, an organization that helps veterans rebuild their lives. She is driven to help military families, police officers, firefighters, emergency management personnel, teachers, and medical professionals find their “forever home.” Toledo knows the struggles that military families endure when loved ones are deployed and not knowing when they will return.

“Joanne understand that families are hesitant about investing with a down payment and closing costs, only to have to sell the home in a few years and move on,” said James T. Wanzeck, Managing Broker and owner of RE/MAX Masters Millennium. “She wants to help families realize the dream of home ownership and having pride in where they live and their communities, even if it’s only a temporary assignment. We are very proud of her commitment to the community and those who serve our country.”

Families at Buckley Air Force Base express to Toledo how much they love it in Aurora and at Buckley and she is driven to find them homes in their community. Toledo and other professionals in her network offer discounts to every one of her VA buyers, saving them thousands of dollars. She comes from strong military roots. Her husband, brother, and grandfather served in the U.S. Army. Toledo’s father, a disabled Vietnam veteran, dealt with the physical struggles and limitations, and she witnessed first-hand how it impacted her family. Toledo knew that she wanted to make a difference through charities and such events as Breakfast with Bunny.

Toledo has more than 20 years of experience in residential real estate sales, management, and development, in addition to new home construction, commercial real estate management and development. She is a Relocation Specialist, Pre-Foreclosure and Short Sales Specialist, and is known for her negotiation skills and dedication to superior customer service. Toledo holds the Graduate Realtor Institute, the Senior Real Estate Specialist, and the Certified Military Residential Specialist designations. She has also garnered prestigious awards for outstanding sales production.
